Please see the below notice for the Annual Owners meeting and Election. This notice has been mailed to you via USPS. Preparation for our Annual meeting marks the approaching ending of the 2021-2022 fiscal year. Read below for a synopsis of the most recent property improvements.
Property Improvements
Interior and exterior maintenance at the resort is never-ending, and it is one of the most crucial elements to sustaining the value and stature of the timeshare concept. This past fall a few practical property improvements have been completed. All buildings have been painted a fresh new color. The evening shadow grey color coordinates well with the roof and stone siding.
The B and E unit kitchens have been renovated. The aging kitchens did not meet the high standards of our owners. The cabinets have been upgraded with soft closing shaker style cabinets. The layout was upgraded to accommodate additional drawers and larger refrigerators. The counter tops were replaced with durable corian in a calacatta design and made larger where possible. New ovens and dishwashers will be delivered in the upcoming weeks to complete the kitchen upgrade.
Exterior pathway lights have been replaced with sea turtle friendly LED bronze light fixtures. The pathway light fixtures now match the light fixtures replaced on the upper patio deck following the seawall construction.
All creaky benches have been replaced with classic adirondack benches made from recycled plastic. Many owners have complimented the new style.
As a deluxe property situated on the beach providing convenient direct beach access is expected. The much anticipated beach access stairway has been constructed on the South side of the property. This second beach access will be accessible once the interior step installation is completed later this month. The gate will be secured with a pin pad lock with a matching code to the North beach gate.
