Many owners have inquired about the upcoming enhancements for our one-of-a-kind resort. We are delighted to share the planned capital improvements for the next two years. Please note that the schedule is designed to be flexible, allowing us to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize the most critical projects first.
Every effort is made to minimize any impact on residing guests during these improvements. To complete these projects while impacting the smallest number of guests, the work is scheduled during the dedicated maintenance season with the lowest occupancy rates, specifically from weeks 36 through 41.
