The second notice of the annual members meeting and notice of the budget meeting has been mailed to you in accordance with the association by-laws. I would like to remind you that the meeting will be held at the following date, time, and place:

Three seats for the board of directors were up for reelection. There were no owners other than the incumbent board members who issued their notice of intent to run for reelection. Therefore, an election is not necessary, and the three incumbent board members; Betty Feigh, Jim Hoyt, and JoAnn Rother will serve an additional two-year term. I would like to thank the board of directors for their time and commitment to improving the association. Their hard work and dedication have contributed significantly to the success of the Jupiter Reef Club.
The annual members meeting can only take place if a quorum exists. A proxy form was also mailed to you with the meeting notices. Please complete the proxy form and return it to the association at your earliest convenience. A quorum for the annual meeting can only be established if enough proxy forms are returned. In the event a quorum is not established, the association must bear the high cost of holding another meeting. It is essential that each owner return a signed proxy form to the association by April 4th.
