Board of Directors Election
Three positions were open for election this year, but all were uncontested. We are pleased to confirm that the three incumbent Board members, JoAnn Rother, Jim Hoyt, and Betty Feigh, will serve for another two-year term. Their time and commitment to improving the association is greatly appreciated.
2025-2026 Proposed Budget
I am happy to announce there is no proposed increase in the annual maintenance and taxes. A meeting of the board of directors will be held on Monday, April 7th at 6pm to approve the proposed budget. Once the budget is adopted, the annual maintenance fees will be billed at the start of the fiscal year on May 1st. The maintenance fee payments will be due by May 31st.
Establishment of a Quorum
Ensuring a quorum is essential for conducting the Annual Owner’s Meeting as scheduled. Even though balloting for the board of directors is not necessary this year, we still need your completed proxy form to meet the quorum requirement.
